Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 240 g flour
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some flour, for rolling out

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Knead the ingredients for each dough separately and chill for about an hour. Roll out the light and dark doughs, not too thinly, and shape them as similarly as possible (you can also do this in portions). Brush one sheet of dough (e.g. the light one) with water and place the second (dark) on top, pressing down lightly. Then roll them up lengthwise and let them rest in the refrigerator for a day. Cut the rolls into slices (approx. 0.5 cm) with a sharp knife, place them on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.
