- yogurt
- some salt
- some pepper
- some cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Turkish style
Wash the chicken thighs, pat dry, and season with yogurt, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Place all the chicken thighs on a greased baking sheet or on baking paper and roast in a preheated oven (200°C/Gas Mark 3) for about 30 minutes. Tip: Arrange the chicken thighs on a platter and garnish with rice or lettuce and tomato.
