The perfect first garden cucumbers filled with spices … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Sauce for gratinating:
- 400 g Chopped half and half
- 400 g Mushrooms brown
- 1 size Onion
- 150 g Bacon + rapeseed oil 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Vegetable bouillon cubes
- 1 small Onion
- 500 ml Tomatoes happened
- 0,5 cups Herbal cream cheese
- 4 Garlic cloves
- Parmesa for gratinating
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
To prepare:
- Peel the cucumber and halve it once in the middle and then lengthways and remove the core, if necessary. Drizzle with a little soy sauce.
Folks, dice are rolled here, what this stuff holds:
- Onions, garlic, mushrooms
Now it’s down to work:
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the bacon with the onions in it.
- Add the minced meat (sear it briefly), then sear the mushrooms and both together again. Season well with salt, pepper, soy sauce and the stock cube.
Sauce:
- Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a separate saucepan and fry the small onion with garlic.
- Add the tomatoes and allow to cook. Season to taste with salt and pepper and then stir in the herbal cream cheese until there are no more lumps.
Complete:
- Grease the baking dish a little and insert the cucumber halves. Now pour in the minced meat and pour the tomato sauce over it. Now we sprinkle the grated cheese of our choice on top (with us Parmesan).
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and insert the baking dish.
- It depends on the size and thickness of the cucumber how long it needs to stay in the tube. I had it in there for 45 minutes because it was very fat. And yet it still had a lot of bite. So please try it out.
- You can eat baguette or rice with it. But that’s up to you. “Bon appetit” comes only from me.
