Filled Cucumbers…..

The perfect filled cucumbers….. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Cucumbers
  • 1 a cup Cream cheese
  • Yogurt 1.5%
  • Seasonal herbs
  • Salt pepper
  • Chilli threads
  • Cress
  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces approx. 5 cm wide, remove the soft inner workings with a spoon or a small round cookie cutter, but do not completely remove them. The bottom should still be closed … see picture. Place on a paper towel so that you can drain some water.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the yoghurt, the fresh herbs, salt and pepper (preferably as everyone likes) and season to taste. You can also add garlic or lemon juice, just taste the way you like it. 🙂
  3. Fill the cucumbers with the cream cheese and decorate with cress and chilli threads …… and whoosh, wup, super delicious cucumber bites are ready.
