Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
- 4 anchovies, in oil
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 2 tsp capers
- 2 gherkins
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with tuna, anchovies, peppers, egg, gherkin
Drain the tuna. Drain the anchovies and remove any large bones. Finely chop the anchovies, egg, capers, gherkins, parsley, and bell pepper. Mix everything with the cream cheese and season with spices and lemon juice.
