Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 pollock fillets
- ¼ fennel bulb(s)
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Chop the fennel and cook it in the cream. Place the fish in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over it. Cook at approximately 160°C until the fish is cooked through.
