Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 cod fillets
- 250 g spinach, frozen
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 100 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
super tasty and not heavy on the stomach!
Thaw the spinach. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan. Then add the spinach and sauté for 10-15 minutes. Season the spinach with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pat the fish dry, season with lemon, salt, and pepper, and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle the spinach on top of the fish, then top with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
