Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 250 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

delicious for breakfast

Peel and chop the apples. Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan and then deglaze with the juice. Add the apples and gelling sugar and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. Pour into jars and seal tightly. Delicious with waffles or on a roll.
