Eggless cake with milkmaid

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ can condensed milk (Milkmaid)
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder and set aside. Cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Stir in the milk. Stir in 50 ml of mineral water. Stir in half of the flour. Add the vanilla essence. Stir in the remaining flour and mineral water. Mix thoroughly (about 3-4 minutes). Pour the batter into a baking dish. Bake at 150°C for about 40 minutes.
