Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 800 g fish fillet(s) (e.g. pollock)
- 5 rolls, stale
- 5 tbsp rice flakes
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- nutmeg
- breadcrumbs
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Soak the bread rolls in water, squeeze out excess water, and puree them with the fish fillets. Then add a heaped tablespoon of rice flakes. Season with spices, form into meatballs, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in a pan with oil until golden brown. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
