Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g beef goulash
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 onions
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 500 g potatoes
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt
- pepper
- marjoram
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the goulash in hot oil. Dice the onions and add them to the meat along with the spices. Deglaze with hot water. Let the meat simmer for 75 minutes. Meanwhile, clean and roughly chop the vegetables. Cook with the meat for another 30 minutes. Finally, season to taste and garnish with cream and parsley.
