Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 fish fillets (pangasius fillets)
- 125g mozzarella
- 1 tomato(s)
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 pack of bacon, diced
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Thyme
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the fish fillets on a large piece of aluminum foil. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon juice. Arrange the chopped tomatoes and mozzarella on top and drizzle with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then twist the aluminum foil into a candy-like shape. Place in the oven at 170°C for 20 minutes. For the fried potatoes, peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the bacon. Add the potato slices and fry for 20 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, add the chopped onions to the pan. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
