Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet), diced into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 750 g potatoes, small, sliced
  • 3 m.-large onion(s), quartered
  • 6 tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Drizzle the fish cubes with lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix all the vegetables, garlic, and fish cubes together, season generously with salt and pepper, pour into a greased casserole dish, and drizzle with oil. Cover with aluminum foil and cook in a preheated oven at 225 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
