  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Herbs, fresh or dried
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 jar white wine
  • 1 serving of frozen fish of your choice, amount according to appetite

Rub a baking dish with the sliced ​​garlic clove. Then finely chop it and add it to the dish. Cut the remaining vegetables into bite-sized pieces and add them. Add a dash of olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together and bake in the oven at 160–180°C for about 30 minutes. Then, in another baking dish, combine the lemon juice and white wine. Add the frozen fish pieces, season with salt and pepper, and then add them to the oven with the vegetables. Serve with rice or fresh baguette.
