Fish finger car

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 fish fingers
  • Fat for frying
  • ½ zucchini or carrot (as wheels)
  • 2 radishes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Fry the fish sticks in oil on both sides. Cut the zucchini or carrot into 1 cm thick slices (4 wheels for each car). Place 2 fish sticks top to top and push 2 toothpicks through the ends. Attach the wheels to the fish sticks. Place the third fish stick on top of each fish stick. You can cut off some of the breading at the end (for the taillights). Place a radish on top of the car as the driver. Serve.
