Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 18 fish sticks
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pkt. tomato sauce with herbs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkt. Processed cheese with herbs
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • possibly baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

when things have to go quickly

Dice the onion and place it in a large, square baking dish. Arrange the frozen fish sticks on top. Mix the sour cream and spreadable cheese and spread over the fish sticks, then drizzle with the tomato and herb sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, spread the cheese over the fish sticks, and bake for another 10 minutes, perhaps with a baguette. Serve with a baguette and salad.
