Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g leek
- 5 frozen hash browns
- 150 g gratin cheese
- 6 fish fingers
- 20 g butter or margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Slice the leek into rings and spread them on the bottom of a baking dish. Crumble thawed hash browns over the leek. Place the fish sticks side by side on top of the hash browns. Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle small flakes of margarine or butter on top. Bake in a convection oven at 150°C for about 30 minutes.
