- 12 fish sticks
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 6 rolls for baking
- e.g. ketchup
- e.g. mayonnaise

Quick and easy fish finger sandwich
Fry the fish fingers until golden brown, as usual, according to the package instructions. Then slice them open. In the meantime, bake the bread rolls according to the package instructions and wash the lettuce leaves. Now place two of the golden-brown fish fingers on each sliced bread roll, top with a lettuce leaf, and top with ketchup and/or mayonnaise, as desired. Close and serve. This is a hit with kids.
