Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream (200 grams)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 120 g salami, hot (e.g. chorizo), diced
  • 120 g sausage (cheese salami), diced
  • 250 g mixed mushrooms (from the jar), finely chopped
  • 125 g cheese, grated (Emmental or mountain cheese)
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • basil
  • Thyme
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic
  • pepper, black
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • Marjoram or
  • Spice mix (ready-made pizza seasoning)
  • Bread(s) (2 naan breads)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For naan breads and pizza bases

Whisk the egg. Stir in the sour cream and tomato paste until smooth. Mix in the remaining ingredients thoroughly. Season with spices and salt. Spread on the naan bread or pizza bases. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 15 minutes.
