Fish in Herb Sauce
The perfect fish in herb sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Stripes Salmon
- 1 Pc. Cod
- 0,125 l Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese with herbs
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Dill TK
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Thaw and dry the fish, season with salt and pepper. Heat the vegetable stock in a saucepan, add the sour cream and cream cheese and stir until smooth. Let simmer for a few minutes over a low flame. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in the dill just before serving.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides.
- Spread the sauce on the plates and place the fish on top. I served rice with it.
