Fish in Herb Sauce

The perfect fish in herb sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Stripes Salmon
  • 1 Pc. Cod
  • 0,125 l Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese with herbs
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dill TK
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Thaw and dry the fish, season with salt and pepper. Heat the vegetable stock in a saucepan, add the sour cream and cream cheese and stir until smooth. Let simmer for a few minutes over a low flame. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in the dill just before serving.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides.
  3. Spread the sauce on the plates and place the fish on top. I served rice with it.
