Fish spread made from sardine fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 can/n sardines, pickled in oil
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious spread

Finely dice the eggs and onion, remove the sardine fillets from the oil (not used) and mash them with a fork. Whisk the eggs, onion, and fish with the softened butter, a little salt, pepper, and a dash of lemon juice until well combined. Delicious as a snack on fresh bread or baguette.
