Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 ml tomatoes, pureed
- 250 g salmon
- 80 ml white wine
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 leek(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Trim the leek and peel the onion. Then dice both. Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and leek together with the garlic. Then add the tomatoes. Deglaze with white wine and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and season on all sides with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and add the salmon. Let stand for about 10 minutes and serve with fresh bread.
