The sour fish:

The basic fish marinade:

- Wasabi paste
The basic vegetable:
- 2 small Potatoes, cut into fine sticks

- 0,333333 medium sized Zucchini, cut into fine sticks
- 0,5 Yellow peppers, diced
- 2 small Spring onions, cut into rings
- 1 small Vine tomato, diced
The basic oil sauce:
- 10 ml Paradise oil, see m. KB
- 15 ml Light Japanese Soy Sauce
- 1 little toe Garlic, pressed
- Orange pepper
- Lemon pepper
- Some powdered chicken broth
- Turmeric
- Lemongrass
- Black cumin
The magnesium topping:
- Pine nuts for gratinating
The basic tomato sauce:
- 0,25 l Water
- Tomato paste
- Light Japanese Soy Sauce
- Red Thai curry
- Chicken broth, powdered
- Lemongrass
- Turmeric
- Lemon pepper
- Orange pepper
- Chilli oil Searing, see KB
- Let the salmon soak in the prepared marinade. That about an hour.
- In the meantime, prepare the vegetables and put them in a baking dish. In the next step, make the oil sauce to your taste and distribute it over the vegetables. Then sprinkle the pine nuts over it.
- Bake in the combi microwave at 230 ° C for about 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the tomato sauce. Heat the water and dissolve the tomato paste in it. Season everything spicy. I always make tomato sauce without any fat or oil. Let it simmer nicely …
- Heat the chili oil in a pan and fry the salmon on both sides for a few minutes until it is through.
