Hip Steak in Brandy Sauce
The perfect hip steak in brandy sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Beef rump steak
- 1 tsp Colored pepper with allspice
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 80 ml Brandy
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Oil
- Lemon zest
- Peel and roughly chop the garlic.
- Grind the pepper and grate with the garlic to a paste.
- Mix the paste in the brandy and place the beef rump from the butcher of trust in it.
- Let it marinate in peace, turning every now and then.
- Fry the meat in a little oil over a medium heat on both sides for about 2 minutes.
- Remove the beef from the pan, pour in the marinade, SWITCH OFF THE EXHAUST HOOD !!! and light it up courageously.
- When the fire is out, stir in the sour cream and season the sauce with salt, pepper and a little lemon zest.
- Put the meat back in the sauce briefly.
