Alsatian Pork Loin
The perfect alsatian pork loin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 700 g Pork loin in one piece
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 250 g Diced Bacon
- 200 g Grated Gouda
- Cut the pork loin into slices.
- Sear them in a pan. Take out.
- Then fry the bacon.
- Grease a casserole dish a little, put in the pork loin slices. Brush with creme fraich. Put the bacon on top.
- Then sprinkle everything with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
- I usually put onions on top of the pork loins, but unfortunately my Göga doesn’t like them.
- We also had french fries and tomato salad.
