Alsatian Pork Loin

The perfect alsatian pork loin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 g Pork loin in one piece
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 250 g Diced Bacon
  • 200 g Grated Gouda
  1. Cut the pork loin into slices.
  1. Sear them in a pan. Take out.
