Fish with vegetables – cheese topping

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets, approx. 250 g
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g leek, in thin strips, finger-length
  • 20 g oil
  • 250 g tomatoes, pitted and cut into strips
  • 120 g cheese, grated
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 100 ml wine, white, dry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place fish fillets in a buttered, ovenproof dish. Season with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes, then bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté the leek in oil until tender. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the cheese and parsley. Spread the vegetable mixture over the fish fillets, pour in the wine, and bake for another 6 minutes.
