Fish with vegetables, feta, honey and dill

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish fillets, e.g. Pangasius
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp pumpkin seed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preparation in the oven or on the grill

Brush the fish fillet with a little pumpkin seed oil on one side and then place it in aluminum foil on that side. Season the fillet with salt and a little pepper. Drizzle with a little honey and sprinkle with a generous amount of dill. Then add the chopped vegetables, tomatoes, peppers, chili, and feta cheese, sprinkle with a little more salt and dill. Seal the aluminum foil tightly and cook everything in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes using top and bottom heat, or grill it.
