Mozzarella with marinated plums

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 plums, quartered
  • 300 g mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella)
  • 3 tbsp pistachios, chopped
  • 4 tbsp plum wine
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk together plum wine, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon to make a marinade. Season with pepper to taste. Slice the mozzarella and arrange on 4 plates with the plums. Drizzle with the marinade and sprinkle with the pistachios. Let it marinate briefly before serving.
