Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s), ripe, peeled
  • 25 g ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • 10 g wheat germ
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 tsp linseed oil
  • 3 tbsp juice (whole fruit sea buckthorn and honey)
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with raspberries, banana and ginger

It’s best to add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed, as this will preserve the blender’s motor. Blend everything thoroughly for two to three minutes. Pour into glasses and enjoy. Tips: The fitness drink can be easily stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for one to two days. “Whole Fruit Sea Buckthorn and Honey” is available at health food stores.
