Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 250 ml orange juice
- 1 m.-sized banana(s), ripe, peeled
- 25 g ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 10 g wheat germ
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 tsp linseed oil
- 3 tbsp juice (whole fruit sea buckthorn and honey)
- 150 g raspberries, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with raspberries, banana and ginger
It’s best to add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed, as this will preserve the blender’s motor. Blend everything thoroughly for two to three minutes. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
