Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 g herb cream cheese, low-fat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 shot of milk 1.5% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. At the same time, dice the onion and fry until golden brown. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Mix the egg yolks with low-fat quark, fried onions, and cream cheese, adding a splash of milk if desired. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Dice the egg whites and mix into the salad.
