Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g wholemeal flour
- 20 g potato fiber
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 100 g herb cream cheese, light
- 1 pinch of salt
- some honey
- 1 pack of Vienna sausages (yogurt chicken wieners)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 pickle(s)
- some ketchup, light
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
the easy version
Knead the dough ingredients into a dough and let it rise briefly. Form 2-3 long rolls and place them in an unheated oven at approximately 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Finely chop 1-2 pickles. Warm the sausages. Cut open the rolls and add the toppings. Spread with a little light ketchup, if desired.
