Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g sweet potato(s), approx. 1 potato
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 100 g light cream cheese
- 1 tsp baking cocoa
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- some orange juice
- some honey or sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cut the sweet potato into chip-sized pieces and place them in a bowl with the cinnamon, cocoa powder, oil, and sweetener. Seal and shake well. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven on the middle rack at approximately 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes. For the dip, combine the cream cheese with a little orange juice and honey or sweetener of your choice, and season to taste. Serve with the fries.
