- 1 egg white
- 1 handful of spinach, cleaned and washed
- 1 handful of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp, heaped Skyr, Quark or cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- some sesame, black
- dill
- 1 slice(s) smoked salmon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine everything except the dill and salmon and fry in a pan on both sides for a few minutes at medium heat. Top the omelet with the salmon, sprinkle with dill, and enjoy immediately.
