Fitness omelette with spinach and salmon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 handful of spinach, cleaned and washed
  • 1 handful of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp, heaped Skyr, Quark or cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • some sesame, black
  • dill
  • 1 slice(s) smoked salmon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fitness, low-fat, healthy

Combine everything except the dill and salmon and fry in a pan on both sides for a few minutes at medium heat. Top the omelet with the salmon, sprinkle with dill, and enjoy immediately.
