Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 209 g mushrooms
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 tsp, heaped curry
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • some oil
  • possibly soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Then chop the bell peppers into small pieces and add them. Add a little oil and fry both. Meanwhile, chop the onion and spring onions and mince the garlic. Combine everything in a bowl. Crack the eggs and add them to the bowl. Add the seasonings and stir everything together. Once the mushrooms and bell peppers are cooked, let them cool briefly. Add the eggs to the pan, add a little more oil, and fry until the eggs reach the desired color. Season to taste and add a little soy sauce if desired.
