Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g wholemeal flour
  • 50 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 5 tbsp water
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients—flour, low-fat curd cheese, egg, sweetener, and water—to form a smooth batter. If you use sparkling water, they’ll be a bit fluffier. Drop the batter in small blobs into a pan with a little oil and bake. I recommend topping with various fruits, walnuts, and peanut butter.
