Turkey cream cheese rolls

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 wrap(s), e.g. multigrain with flaxseed
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese
  • 12 slices of turkey
  • some salad, e.g. iceberg lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, spread the herb cream cheese on the 6 wraps. Then top with chopped lettuce and turkey. Now roll up all the wraps tightly and cut into small rolls with a sharp knife. Can be served on a cold buffet or elsewhere. For visual appeal: I pierced two rolls each with a toothpick.
