Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes
- 30 g protein powder, vanilla
- 40 g almonds, ground
- 20 g almonds, chopped
- 40 g baking cocoa
- 5 g flavoring for protein powder (flavoring chocolate cookie)
- 1 egg(s)
- 8 ml liquid sweetener
- 13 tbsp water
- 30 g block chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Low carb, lactose-free
Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Then add the egg and sweetener. Roughly chop the chocolate and fold 2/3 of it into the batter. Now add the water a tablespoon at a time until a smooth, firm dough forms. Lightly press the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes. (In my oven, it takes about 12 minutes.)
