Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 eggs
- 60 g radishes
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- 25 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the lettuce and radishes, then slice the radishes. Spread the cream cheese on the bread and top with the lettuce and radishes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast fillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Then fry the two eggs in the pan over medium heat. Season the meat with salt and pepper and top the bread with the meat and fried eggs. This sandwich is a great protein breakfast.
