with chicken breast
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, about 1 cm thick and 3 cm long, and season to taste. Alternatively, simply add plenty of salt. Fry the chicken strips in a pan with a dash of oil until lightly browned. Tip: To save time in the morning, the chicken can be prepared the day before and stored in the refrigerator. The Stramme Flo also works well with pre-cooked meat, which may still need to be cut into strips. Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Cut open the rolls and scoop out the insides to create indentations. Place the chicken breast strips in the rolls and place a slice of cheese on each half. Place the rolls in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the fried eggs in a little oil and season. The rolls are ready as soon as the cheese is well melted. Do not leave the rolls in the oven for too long, as otherwise the chicken will become hard. Top the finished rolls with ham and finish each with a fried egg.
