Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g turkey breast
  • 1 handful of lettuce
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the lettuce, spin dry, and place on a plate. Quarter the tomatoes, dice the bell peppers, and slice the red onion into half rings. Arrange on top of the salad. Combine the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, and honey for a dressing and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad. Cut the turkey breast into strips. Fry in a pan in rapeseed oil, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm on top of the salad.
