Fitness salad with arugula

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g arugula
  • 150 g tuna
  • 150 g cucumber(s)
  • 80 g cherry tomatoes
  • 10 ml linseed oil
  • 150 g apple cider vinegar
  • 30 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the arugula and place it in a bowl. Add the tuna. Dice the cucumber and tomatoes and fold them in. For the dressing, mix the linseed oil, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice well. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
