Fixed Meatloaf
The perfect fixed meatloaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- For the roast:
- 1 kg Mixed minced meat from the butcher you trust
- 2 Discs Bread debarked soaked in water
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 6 Toes Garlic finely chopped
- 1 Eßl Dried lovage
- 1 Ei From the no longer happy chicken
- 2 Eßl Medium hot mustard
- 2 Eßl Tomato paste
- 2 Eßl Frozen parsley thawed
- Ur salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, sweet paprika
- 1 Eßl Dried lovage
- 1 Eßl Flour and breadcrumbs depending on the consistency
- For the sauce:
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 Eßl Dried soup greens
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 1 a cup Cream
- Ur salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, sweet paprika
- Some smoothly stirred cornstarch to bind
- 500 ml For gravy, see the cookbook about my little daughter
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything well, depending on the consistency, add a little flour and breadcrumbs I didn’t even need today the bread makes the whole thing even smoother than a soaked bread roll.
- Season the whole thing well and shape. Put the vegetable stock in a bowl, add the soup greens and onions and put the roast in the oven.
