  • a little explanation .... actually I only wanted to bake a pretzel cake but made crumbles for an entire tray .... didn't think of halving the ingredients .. well, I didn't want to throw the crumble away so quickly either thought about it and baked a small apple crumble cake
  • So let's go - put the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and coat with jam ...... cut the dough into the pieces that you would like to have later.
  • Now make crumble from the crumble ingredients ..... use your hands to do this ..... Now sprinkle the crumbles on the prepared dough and bake the tray for 30 minutes at 150 degrees ... So now to the leftovers Sprinkles
  • Grease a small round baking pan 19 cm well, press half of the crumble on as a base ... now peel and core the apples and cut into small cubes and place on the base, sprinkle with raisins and sprinkle the remaining crumble on top and bake too 30 -40 min at 160 degrees .... done
  • You can decorate the pretzel cake with icing and it will be too sweet ...
