Ingredients
- 1 Puff pastry roll
- 4 tbsp Black currant jam

- 2 splash Lemon fresh

Instructions
- a little explanation .... actually I only wanted to bake a pretzel cake but made crumbles for an entire tray .... didn't think of halving the ingredients .. well, I didn't want to throw the crumble away so quickly either thought about it and baked a small apple crumble cake

- You can decorate the pretzel cake with icing and it will be too sweet ...
