Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 flabatta (alternatively ciabatta or flatbread)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 50 g pesto of your choice
  • 50 g sucuk
  • 30 g goat cheese
  • ½ pointed pepper
  • e.g. chives
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut out the lid with a sharp knife. Remove some of the filling and spread the inside with pesto. Chop all the ingredients and add them to the flabatta, cracking the egg over the mixture last. Depending on how runny you like your egg, place it in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for about 12-15 minutes. Alternatively, place it in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
