  • 50 g Edam cheese, grated

  • 2 slices of bread

Sauté the thinly sliced ​​onions in oil, add the sliced ​​salami. Let cool, then add the egg, cream, and cheese; mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat), spread the mixture on the bread, and bake for about 10 minutes. Just like a proper onion tart, it goes well with a Federweißer (a kind of beer).
