Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp wild garlic, frozen, shredded
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Soup garnish with wild garlic

Whisk the egg, salt, and milk in a bowl. Then add the flour and mix to a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes, then add the wild garlic and whisk again with a mixer. Brush a nonstick pan with oil, heat over medium heat, and pour enough batter into the pan to evenly cover the bottom. After one minute, carefully flip the crêpe. After another half a minute, the crêpe is ready. A flipping pan is recommended. Roll up the crêpes, let them cool, and cut into approximately 5 mm wide strips. As a soup garnish, it makes 3 bowls.
