Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup quark
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 shot of rum (80%)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Beat the sour cream and quark with the 4 eggs until frothy. Then mix in the flour, salt, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar. Pour the batter into a pan preheated with oil. Bake the first side until golden brown, then flip and bake until golden brown. Cut the baked batter into pieces, sprinkle with granulated sugar, pour rum over it, and flambé. Serve immediately.
