Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 cups rice
  • ketchup
  • 3 medium-sized onions, diced
  • Ham as desired, diced
  • Mushrooms as desired, fresh
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 half bell peppers, preferably red, yellow, green
  • 2 packs of cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic salt
  • Salami as desired, cut into strips

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and toss with the diced onion. Cook the rice and mix it well with the raw ground beef. Line a baking tray (or drip tray) with baking paper, spread the ground beef and rice mixture on it, and press it down. Then spread with ketchup and top with any of the finely chopped ingredients, similar to an original pizza. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-45 minutes. We recommend testing the meat by cutting into it before serving to ensure it is cooked through. Variations and additions are possible depending on your taste (e.g., with pineapple, feta cheese, olives, etc.).
