Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine (Sanella)
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 15 g milk
  • 1 large egg white
  • 360 g flour
  • 100 g nougat, depending on your taste also: Nusspli, Nutella
  • 200 g chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

In a mixing bowl, beat the sifted margarine and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until fluffy, about 2 minutes on high speed. Then add 15g of milk and egg white to the mixture and beat well again. Finally, add the sifted flour and fold in. Preheat the oven to approximately 180°C (350°F). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Transfer the finished mixture to a piping bag fitted with a size 11 star nozzle and pipe flaming hearts onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake the baking sheets in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven. Once the flaming hearts have cooled, spread one half with nougat mixture and place a second half on top. Let the nougat mixture set, then dip the delicious pieces in chocolate glaze.
