Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 40 g yeast, fresh
- 300 g herb cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
with herb cheese
First, dissolve the yeast in the water. Knead all ingredients together and let it rise for 30 minutes. Then, form the dough into a flatbread. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
